What is car detailing vs a regular wash?
A car wash just removes surface dirt; detailing is a full clean and protect process — inside and out. We deep-clean, decontaminate, polish, protect, and restore, not just rinse off.
Why should I detail my car?
Beyond shine, detailing protects your investment: it guards against paint fading, oxidation, stains, and interior deterioration. It helps maintain resale value and keeps your ride looking sharp.
How often should I get my car detailed?
It depends on your car’s exposure. For regular daily use in harsher climates, every 4-6 months is ideal. If you drive less or keep it garaged, twice a year may be enough. We also offer refresh plans for frequent upkeep.
Is mobile detailing safe for my paint?
Yes. We use professional products, correct techniques, and ensure we don’t scratch or harm the surfaces. Everything from our wash methods to polish & coating is chosen to protect your finish.
What does “we come to you” mean exactly?
No shop, no drop-offs. We bring everything – water, power (if needed), tools – and perform the whole service at your home, office, or your chosen location. You don’t move your car; we do.

How can I schedule a detail?
You can book directly online through our “Book a Detail” button, call us, or send a message. We’ll confirm your date/time, go over details of what you want, and schedule your spot (typically 1-2 weeks out).
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes — we require a 15% deposit when booking. It secures your spot. The rest is paid upon service completion. If you cancel with sufficient notice, your deposit is refundable per our policy.
What is your cancellation / reschedule policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel without penalty. Less than that may lead to losing the deposit or incurring a small fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We have a proper payment processor so you have almost every option. We accept all the major credit/debit cards and cash.
How long in advance should I book?
Due to high demand and our 100% mobile model, we recommend booking 1-2 weeks ahead, especially for weekend appointments, Premium/Ceramic services, or add-on work.

What’s included in Basic / Deluxe / Platinum / Ceramic packages?
- Basic: Exterior wash, tire cleaning and shine, windows, vacuum.
- Deluxe: Adds clay or decontamination + premium spray wax/sealant, trim restoration.
- Platinum: Full interior detail (steam / extraction), black trim restore, ceramic sealant protection.
- Ceramic: Long-term nano-ceramic coating + 2-step paint correction + panel prep.
What is ceramic coating and why choose it?

That’s the process of polishing or compounding to remove imperfections — swirl marks, light scratches, oxidation — restoring clarity and gloss. Deep scratches may need more advanced work or repainting.
Do you clean engine bays or restore headlights?
Yes — both are available as add-ons. Engine bay cleaning safely removes grease, leaves, buildup; headlight restoration removes fog/yellowing for clearer visibility and better looks.
Are there chemicals / products you use safe for my car’s surfaces?
Yes. We use professional detailing chemicals formulated for use on automotive paint, trim, leather, plastics, glass. We avoid harsh household cleaners that can strip coatings or damage surfaces.
