Conditions
The Standard
At Splash Mobile Detailing, we operate on a foundation of mutual respect. These terms aren’t hidden "fine print" designed to trap you—they are the transparent logistical standards that allow us to deliver elite service to your doorstep. By booking a detail or requesting a quote, you agree to these operational protocols.
Cancellations // Time
Time is our only finite inventory. We dedicate specific blocks of hours exclusively to your vehicle.
- The 24-Hour Window: We require 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment without penalty.
- Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within the 24-hour window are subject to a fee of 50% of the service value to compensate for the lost time slot.
- No-Show Protocol: If we arrive and cannot legally access the vehicle (locked gate, key missing, no response), the full service amount is billable.
Operations // Access
We are a mobile unit. To perform our craft safely and effectively, we require the following site conditions:
- Safe Access: A flat, legal, and safe area to park our van and access your vehicle. We cannot work on active city streets or in violation of HOA rules.
- Permissions: You confirm you have the authority to authorize work at the location (office parks, apartment complexes).
- Valuables: Please remove high-value personal items (electronics, cash, firearms) before we arrive. We are not responsible for items left inside the cabin.
The Weather Variable
We fight dirt, not Mother Nature.
- Rescheduling Rights: If weather conditions (rain, high winds, extreme heat) make mobile service unsafe or impossible, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. No fees apply to weather-related moves.
- The Garage Factor: If you have a suitable covered area (garage or carport) with adequate lighting, we can often proceed despite adverse weather.
Asset Protection
We treat every vehicle like a six-figure asset. However, we strictly operate within the physical limits of restoration.
- Pre-Existing Damage: We are not liable for pre-existing damage (loose trim, oxidized paint, cracked windshields, sensor malfunctions) that reveals itself during the cleaning process.
- Scope of Correction: We are preservationists, not reality benders. We cannot ethically promise to reverse deep clear coat failure, severe key scratches, or permanent chemical etching via standard cleaning methods.
- Child Seats: For strict liability reasons, we do not uninstall or reinstall child car seats. We will clean around them to the best of our ability.
Financial Settlement
- Payment Timing: Payment is due strictly upon completion of the service.
- Satisfaction Protocol: If there is an issue with the quality of service, it must be flagged during the final walk-around before our technician leaves. We will correct it on the spot to ensure the standard is met.
